Please note that Rise Respond Restore LLC does not directly process payment card information, and instead relies upon third party payment processors to do so on our behalf. Please note that third party terms may apply to these payment services. Personal information collected for these purposes includes card number, type, expiration date, and billing address, and certain anonymized, limited and/or truncated versions of this information may be provided to Rise Respond Restore LLC.
2.3 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time. Refund policies may vary based on the membership type. Please refer to the specific membership details for more information.
2.4 Health and Personal Liability
Meditation and Breathwork activities are generally safe when carried out safely and correctly. However, Rise Respond Restore LLC cannot always assess the health risks particular to individual participants. Participants agree to take personal responsibility, and are advised to consult their personal physician before beginning use of the Site to address any potential issues. It is ultimately up to the participant to determine whether they are fit to take part in a meditation, mindfulness practice, or exercise practice. By using the website, participants agree to the PERSONAL LIABILITY STATEMENT: I hereby declare that I participate in Breathwork, Meditation, Exercise, Visualization and all activities on the Site voluntarily and entirely at my own risk. I shall not hold Rise Respond Restore LLC or any instructor or course content instructor liable for any damages and/or injury resulting from my participation in the Site. HEALTH DECLARATION I hereby declare that I have been adequately informed about Breathwork, Meditation, Mindfulness, Exercise, Visualization and all activities on the Site beforehand, and that I am in good physical and mental condition. I shall not hold Rise Respond Restore LLC or any instructor working with Rise Respond Restore LLC liable for any damages and/or injury resulting from participation in Breathwork, Meditation, Mindfulness, Exercise, or other activities on the Site. My participation is entirely at my own risk. I understand that Rise Respond Restore LLC is NOT treatment for mental health disorders or physical disorders and I should seek treatment from a licensed professional if I believe I need mental health care or physical health care.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site.
- Transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material.
Collection of Data and Information:
- Contact information and identifiers. When you use our Platform, we may ask you to provide certain contact information, including your first and last name and email address. We may also collect your social media identification number if you choose to access the Products via a social media account.
- If you decide to set up an account with us, we may ask you to provide certain additional contact information including, for example, your first and last name, e-mail address (personal and/or work), telephone number, mailing address, employer or company name, job title, student identification number, emergency contact information, as well as password and other authentication-related information.
