Description

We will focus on connecting the mind and the body together. This helps with noticing sensations in the body learning to release negative states calming an anxious mind or a sense of disconnection from self and others. This is also helpful for those struggling with anger or difficulty sleeping. PMR can produce a sense of rest. It is helpful to not fall asleep during this exercise however it is ok if you fall asleep during PMR because it can cause the body to feel relaxed.
